About this sublease

Hi everyone! I'm looking for a female student to take over my lease in a modern, fully furnished apartment at Identity Logan Park for the upcoming academic year. You will be sharing one bedroom with private bath with a female sophomore. She’s super kind, neat and outgoing. She also enjoys drawing and music. The second bedroom in the unit is shared by 2 friendly male sophomores. All four of you will share the common areas, including the living room, kitchen, and in-unit laundry. The lease runs from 8/15/2026 to 7/31/2027. The original rent is $1244/month, but I am offering it at a discounted rate of $1100/month (I will cover the difference). I signed the lease in early January, but my academic plan has since changed. If you are interested, please let me know!
