Spring 2027 Sublease $975 for a double!

Hi! I’m looking to sublease my room in UC Berkeley for Spring Semester 2027 from December 22nd through May 16th. Rent is $975/month, and the apartment comes fully furnished. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, and I’m looking to sublease one room. Since it’s a double, you would be sharing your room with one other person. If you already have someone you’d want to room with, that would be perfect—otherwise we can help arrange a double setup. If you’d prefer to have the room as a single, it would be $1,950/month, but I’m open to lowering the price depending on the arrangement. Looking for someone who is female-identifying. The space is super cute, spacious, and in a really great location—just off Dwight Way behind Unit 2, so it’s very close to campus. Our landlords are also genuinely the sweetest and very chill, which makes living here even better. Let me know if you’re interested or want more details/photos!
